We are strictly appointment only. Each stylist handles her own respective booking to allow for preparedness and timing. We require complimentary in-person consults for all new extension clients and some stylists may require consults for new color clients as well. Clients unable to attend an in-person consult may be subject to a non-transferable and non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. We strive to tailor our appointments to each individual, maximize our availability and promote efficiency and for this reason our studio has collectively chosen to disable online booking.

We thank you for your understanding and offer convenient and easy scheduling via text message, Instagram direct message or email. Please allow 48 hours response time as we work with our hands! :)

policy:

We require 7 days notice for any changes or cancellations to allow sufficient time to adjust assistant schedules, fill the appointment and avoid cancellation fees. Less than 1 week notice will be subject to a $50 fee. Less than 48 Hours notice will be subject to 50% charge of the appointment cost. Less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 100% charge of the booked appointment cost. Our system automatically provides reminders at these time frames to help you align with our cancellation policies. No call-no shows will be taken seriously and charged full cost of appointment and will not be permitted to book future appointments without pre-payment. Guests arriving over 20 minutes late may affect other booked appointments and adjustments to your scheduled services may be made in order to still accommodate you while respecting our other clients time. Repeated late arrivals may result in re-evaluation on booking to better plan for specific clients and repeated no-shows may result in permanent refusal to book.

We understand life happens, communicating with your stylist at your earliest opportunity will allow us to be as forigiving as possible in emergency situations. Each late/no-show fee is at the discretion of each individual stylist within studio. We value your time and maintain strict cancellation policies in order to honour our stylists livelihood as well as continue to serve our guests as best as possible.
